*In case of cancellation by the customer, the entire deposit is forfeited. If you need to change the date, you must notify us and make the change at our office at least 24 hours in advance. The new date must be rescheduled no later than one week after the cancellation, and the date can only be changed once. Otherwise, the deposit will also be forfeited.
Only the date can be changed, and it is not possible to request a refund or use the deposit for other companions who did not show up as part of the remaining payment.
*If you booked for "Playa Escondida Playa del Amor" in any of its modes (Collective or Private), you cannot switch to the "Basic Tour" package or any other package as it would be considered a cancellation of the tour. This is because this is the only package where your deposit is used to secure your spot with the park authorities and guarantee your entry to that beach.
*If you booked for the "Basic Tour" package, you can switch to the "Playa Escondida - Playa del Amor" tour in any of its modes (Collective or Private) as long as we still have availability for the requested date and you also cover the payment difference between the two packages.
