This private experience offers guaranteed access to Hidden Beach (Playa Escondida).

The tour departs from Punta de Mita, one of the closest and most convenient departure points to the Marietas Islands. After a short boat ride, you’ll arrive at this protected natural area, making it an excellent option for travelers staying in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta (Nuevo Nayarit), Bucerías, or Sayulita.

This carefully regulated tour allows you to enjoy approximately 30 minutes inside the beach, following all national park guidelines, in a truly intimate and relaxed setting.

Entry to Hidden Beach involves swimming about 100 meters through a natural tunnel, always accompanied by a certified guide who provides close assistance and leads you through safe routes. The guide can also help transport your cellphone or camera safely into the beach and assist with taking photos once inside. Due to park regulations, access is limited, making advance booking essential for private experiences.

Beyond Hidden Beach, the tour includes snorkeling with colorful marine life, a photo stop at the Stone Bridge, and a visit to Nopalera Beach, where you can swim, walk along the shore, explore caves, and take photos at your own pace. You may also observe local wildlife such as blue-footed boobies along the way.

The experience is conducted aboard a private covered boat equipped with a ladder for safe re-boarding, allowing a more comfortable and flexible navigation throughout the tour before returning to the Punta Mita Pier.

What is not allowed

  • Apply sunscreen immediately before engaging in activities (sunscreen should be applied before boarding or at most when the boat starts moving).
  • Wear appropriate footwear when disembarking (no barefoot).
  • Do not bring bags, backpacks, suitcases, or food and/or drinks to the beaches.
  • Dispose of trash properly and do not throw it into the sea (for environmental protection).
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed during the stay at Marietas (only during the journey to and from the islands).
  • Flying drones is not permitted according to the regulations of CONANP to avoid causing harm or disturbance to the birds in their sanctuary.

Important information before booking

This package is available for groups of maximum 2 people per boat.

The spaces to access Hidden Beach - Love Beach are LIMITED, so it is recommended to book well in advance.

Meeting point: Our office in Punta de Mita. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Transportation is not included.

For safety reasons this tour involves swimming and physical activity in open sea conditions. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions including cardiovascular conditions as well as pregnant guests are strongly advised not to participate in this tour. By booking this tour you acknowledge that Grimar Adventures is not responsible for complications related to pre-existing health conditions.

All guests must follow the instructions provided by the captain and certified guide at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in denied access to certain activities or areas including Hidden Beach for safety reasons.

CANCELLATIONS
*If Grimar Adventures cancels the tour due to weather conditions mechanical issues safety concerns or unforeseen operational circumstances the tour date may be rescheduled or the deposit will be fully refunded. If access to Hidden Beach is restricted by park authorities due to sea conditions or safety reasons the tour may be adjusted and a partial refund equivalent to the price difference between the Hidden Beach tour and the Snorkel and Nopalera Beach Tour will be issued.

*If the client cancels the tour the deposit is non refundable.

*Date changes are allowed with at least 24 hours notice.

*You have one month from the cancellation date to select a new tour date.

*The new date must be scheduled within two years from the original booking date.

*Only one date change is allowed.

*Failure to comply with tour requirements or safety instructions may result in denied access to Hidden Beach without refund.

PROMOTIONS
*The active promotion applies only if the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.

CONDITIONS

*This is a private tour operated exclusively for up to 2 guests per boat. The tour price is per boat and remains the same regardless of whether one or two guests attend on the day of the tour.

*Hidden Beach – Love Beach tours in any modality Collective or Private cannot be changed to the Snorkel and Nopalera Beach Tour or to another package if there are less than 24 hours remaining before the tour start time. This will be considered an automatic cancellation as the advance payment is used to secure and guarantee park access.

*Snorkel and Nopalera Beach Tour reservations may be upgraded to the Hidden Beach – Love Beach tour or to another activity provided there is availability for the requested date and the full price difference between packages is covered.

*Tour activities duration and order may be adjusted on the day of the tour due to sea conditions weather or safety considerations.

*The minimum age to enter Hidden Beach is 10 years and the maximum age is 64 years. By booking you confirm that all passengers meet the age requirements established by national park regulations. If access is denied by park authorities due to age or non compliance no refund will be issued.

*By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you do not suffer from pre-existing medical conditions that prevent safe participation in the activities described. Grimar Adventures is not responsible for complications related to pre-existing health conditions.
