The tour departs from Punta de Mita, one of the closest and most convenient departure points to the Marietas Islands. After a short boat ride, you’ll arrive at this protected natural area, making it an excellent option for travelers staying in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta (Nuevo Nayarit), Bucerías, or Sayulita, who are looking for a smooth and efficient experience without long transfers.
Access to Hidden Beach involves swimming approximately 100 meters through a natural tunnel, always accompanied by a certified guide who provides constant assistance and leads the group through safe routes. During this process, the guide can help transport your cellphone or camera safely into the beach area and assist with taking photos once inside].
Beyond Hidden Beach, the tour includes snorkeling with colorful marine life, a photo stop at the Stone Bridge, and a visit to Nopalera Beach, where you can swim, explore caves, walk along the shore, and take photos.
The experience is conducted aboard a covered boat equipped with a ladder for safe re-boarding, allowing comfortable navigation throughout the tour before returning to the Punta Mita Pier.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability and specific conditions.
Cash payment discounts apply only when the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND WEATHER CONDITIONS
If Grimar Adventures cancels the tour before it starts due to major weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances, the tour may be rescheduled at the client’s choice or, alternatively, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the total amount has already been paid, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
If the client cancels the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Requests to change the date or package made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be subject to a 10% operational management fee, only when a modification is requested and confirmed.

ACCESS TO HIDDEN BEACH (ISLAS MARIETAS)
Access to Hidden Beach is subject to weather, sea, natural, and operational conditions, as well as regulations established by National Park authorities and safety criteria determined by the captain and guide.
Access may be restricted, without this being considered a failure to provide the service, in cases such as:
• Officially declared hurricanes or tropical storms.
(Moderate to heavy rain without significant wind is not considered grounds for cancellation, as it does not compromise sea safety.)
• Abnormally high tides that prevent safe access.
• Significant presence of jellyfish or other natural factors that pose a risk.
• Official restrictions or instructions from environmental or maritime authorities.
If the tour has already started, but access to Hidden Beach is not possible due to any of the reasons above:
• (A proportional refund will be issued) corresponding to the price difference between the Hidden Beach package and the Snorkel & Nopalera Beach package.
• Only the service effectively provided will be charged, regardless of whether the passenger chooses to participate or not in the remaining activities, provided these activities can be carried out safely.
A passenger’s decision not to participate in available activities for personal reasons does not entitle them to an additional refund.

This is a shared (group) tour, subject to vessel capacity limits, safety regulations, and National Park guidelines.
The duration of the tour and the order of activities may be adjusted on the day of the tour due to sea, weather, or safety conditions, without this constituting grounds for cancellation or refund.
Failure to comply with safety instructions, operational requirements, or National Park regulations may result in denial of access to Hidden Beach, without the right to a refund.
