RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability and specific conditions.
Cash payment discounts apply only when the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES
If Grimar Adventures cancels the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances, the tour may be rescheduled at the client’s discretion or, alternatively, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the client cancels the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Date changes requested with at least 24 hours’ notice are allowed, subject to availability.
Requests for date or package changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will be subject to a late operational management charge, only when a modification is requested.
This charge applies because the deposit is used to secure the access slots assigned by the Islas Marietas National Park authorities.

TOUR CONDITIONS
This is a private tour, operated exclusively for the reserved group, with a maximum of 8 guests per boat, subject to safety regulations and National Park guidelines.
The tour price is per boat and remains unchanged regardless of the final number of participants attending on the day of the tour, provided the maximum capacity is not exceeded.
At the time of booking, the client must specify the total number of participants.
Any request to add additional guests must be notified in advance, is subject to availability, and cannot exceed the maximum allowed capacity.
Tour duration and the order of activities may be adjusted on the day of the tour due to weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons, without this constituting grounds for cancellation or refund.
Failure to comply with safety instructions, operational requirements, or National Park regulations may result in denied access to Hidden Beach, with no right to a refund.

NATIONAL PARK REGULATIONS AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
Access to Hidden Beach is strictly regulated by the Islas Marietas National Park authorities.
The minimum age to enter is 10 years, and the maximum age is 64 years.
By booking, the client confirms that all participants meet these requirements.
If access is denied by authorities due to age, health conditions, or non-compliance with regulations, no refund will be issued.

By accepting these terms, the client confirms that all participants are physically fit to safely participate in the activity.
Grimar Adventures is not responsible for complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
All participants must follow the instructions provided by staff and guides at all times.
