CANCELLATIONS
*In the event that we Grimar Adventures cancel it would be due to weather problems that are unpredictable and the date can be changed or 100% of the advance payment will be refunded to the client by us Grimar Adventures.

*In case of cancellation by the client, the entire advance payment is lost. If the date is required to be changed, it is necessary to notify and make the change by contacting us by any means, at least 24 hours in advance. The new date must be rewritten no later than one month after the cancellation and it is only possible to change the date once, otherwise the advance payment will also be lost.
You can only change the date but do not request a refund, nor take advances from other companions who did not show up as part of the remaining payment.

CONDITIONS
*When reserving a "Private Hidden Beach" package you must give us the number of people who will accompany you on the tour on the reservation form, since we must reserve your places, in case you want to add more people, it will be subject to availability (as long as it does not exceed the limit "8 pax" per boat), you must notify us in time to check if we have availability and depending on it we will accept or decline your request to add more people...
If on the day of the tour you arrive with fewer people, the cost is the same whether 1 or 8 people come.

*If you booked for "Playa Escondida Playa del Amor" in any of its modalities (Collective or Private) you cannot migrate to the "Basic Tour" package, nor to any of the other packages since it would count as cancellation of the tour, this because this is the only package in which we use your advance to buy your place from the park authorities and therefore guarantee your entry to said beach.

*If you booked for the "Basic Tour" package you can migrate to the "Hidden Beach - Love Beach" tour in any of its modalities (Collective or Private) or to any other activity as long as we still have availability for the requested date and also cover the payment of the difference between one package and another.

*The minimum age to enter "Hidden Beach - Love Beach" is 10 years old and the maximum age is 65 years old, if you are outside that range and still book Grimar Adventures is not responsible if the authorities do not allow you to carry out the activity. Go down to this beach and you cannot request a refund.

*If you accept the terms and conditions you are confirming that you do not suffer from any of the medical problems that prevent you from carrying out activities mentioned in the tour information, for which Grimar Adventures will not be responsible for any medical complications.

*If you accept the terms and conditions you are confirming that the passengers you included in the reservation meet the ages allowed by the national park regulations and that if any or some of the passengers do not meet the allowed age and the park rangers do not allow them Access to Playa Escondida will not be refunded for failing to comply with the terms and conditions.
