CANCELLATIONS
*In the event that we Grimar Adventures cancel it would be due to weather problems that are unpredictable and the date can be changed or 100% of the advance payment will be refunded to the client by us Grimar Adventures.

*In case of cancellation by the client, the entire advance payment is lost. If the date is required to be changed, it is necessary to notify and make the change by contacting us by any means, at least 24 hours in advance. The new date must be rewritten no later than one month after the cancellation and it is only possible to change the date once, otherwise the advance payment will also be lost.
You can only change the date but do not request a refund, nor take advances from other companions who did not show up as part of the remaining payment.

PROMOTIONS
*The active discount promotion only applies BY CLEARING THE REST IN CASH on the day of the tour.

CONDITIONS
*If you booked for the "Half-day Fishing" package, you can migrate to the "Playa Escondida - Playa del Amor" tour in any of its modalities (Collective or Private) or to any other activity as long as we still have availability for the requested date and also cover the payment of the difference between one package and another.

*If you accept the terms and conditions you are confirming that you do not suffer from any of the medical problems that prevent you from carrying out activities mentioned in the tour information, for which Grimar Adventures will not be responsible for any medical complications.
