RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability and specific conditions.
Cash payment discounts apply only when the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES
If Grimar Adventures cancels the tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances, the tour may be rescheduled at the client’s discretion or, alternatively, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the client cancels the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Date changes requested with at least 24 hours’ notice are allowed, subject to availability.
Requests for date changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will be subject to a late operational management charge, only when a modification is requested.

TOUR CONDITIONS
This is a Whale Watching tour, operated on shared boats and subject to vessel capacity limits, maritime safety regulations, and sea conditions.
Reservations for this tour may be upgraded to a Hidden Beach tour or another activity, provided there is availability on the requested date and the price difference between packages is fully covered.
Tour duration and the order of activities may be adjusted on the day of the tour due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations, without this constituting grounds for cancellation or refund.

REGULATIONS AND SAFETY
All participants must follow the instructions provided by the captain and certified guide at all times.
Failure to comply with safety instructions or operational requirements may result in removal from the activity, with no right to a refund.

By accepting these terms, the client confirms that all participants do not have medical conditions that may be affected by boat movement or sea conditions.
Grimar Adventures is not responsible for complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
