RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability and specific conditions.
Cash payment discounts apply only when the remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the tour.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If Grimar Adventures cancels the tour due to weather conditions, safety reasons, mechanical issues, or unforeseen operational circumstances, the tour may be rescheduled at the client’s choice or, alternatively, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the client cancels the tour, the deposit is non-refundable.
Date changes requested at least 24 hours in advance are permitted, subject to availability.
Requests to change the date or package made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour may be subject to a late operational management fee, only when a modification is requested.

TOUR CONDITIONS
This is a private tour, operated exclusively for the reserved group, with a maximum of 8 participants per vessel, subject to safety regulations and guidelines established by the Mexican Navy (Secretaría de Marina).
The tour price is per vessel and remains unchanged regardless of the final number of participants attending on the day of the tour, provided the maximum allowed capacity is not exceeded.
At the time of booking, the client must specify the total number of participants.
Any request to add additional participants must be notified in advance, is subject to availability, and may not exceed the maximum allowed capacity.
The duration of the tour and the order of activities may be adjusted on the day of the tour due to weather, sea, or safety conditions, without this constituting grounds for cancellation or refund.
Failure to comply with safety instructions, operational requirements, or National Park regulations may result in denial of access to Hidden Beach, without the right to a refund.

By accepting these terms, the client confirms that all participants are physically fit to safely take part in the tour.
Grimar Adventures is not responsible for complications arising from pre-existing medical conditions.
All participants must follow the instructions of staff and guides at all times.
