Access to Hidden Beach involves swimming approximately 100 meters through a natural tunnel, always accompanied by a certified guide who provides constant assistance and leads the group through safe routes. During this process, the guide can help transport your cellphone or camera safely into the beach area and assist with taking photos once inside].

Beyond Hidden Beach, the tour includes snorkeling with colorful marine life, a photo stop at the Stone Bridge, and a visit to Nopalera Beach, where you can swim, explore caves, walk along the shore, and take photos.

We have all the necessary permits to carry out activities in the Marietas Islands National Park issued by the authorities of the same park.

The minimum age to enter Hidden Beach Love Beach is 10 years and
the maximum age is 64 years.

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions including cardiovascular conditions as well as pregnant guests are strongly advised not to participate in this tour. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

• Free cancellations are available only if requested at least 24 hours before the tour starts, based on Punta de Mita local time.
• Tours may be rescheduled once or transferred to a family member, friend, or another person, subject to availability.
• Once a new date has been confirmed, no additional changes will be allowed.
• If a reservation is postponed to a later date, the free cancellation deadline will remain based on the original booking date. If the tour is moved to an earlier date, the cancellation deadline will be adjusted accordingly, while always requiring at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Within 24 hours of the tour, refunds will not be issued for personal circumstances, including illness, accidents, travel delays, missed flights, or any other inability to attend. Exceptions may only be considered in extraordinary situations of international scope.
• Guests who fail to show up on the day of the tour or arrive after the boat has departed will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. If availability allows, Grimar Adventures may offer a later departure time.
• The original booking price will remain unchanged, even if the reservation is rescheduled to a date with different rates.
• The number of guests included in the reservation may be modified within the allowed time frame. For shared tours, additional charges or refunds may apply depending on the number of guests. For private tours, modifications may be made at no extra cost, provided that the maximum capacity of the reserved vessel is not exceeded.
• Reservations may be transferred to another person at any time, provided that the new guest presents the booking holder’s name and reservation number. The new guest will automatically be subject to the same terms and restrictions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• The tour cannot operate due to an internal operational issue.
• Port authorities, the captain, or Grimar Adventures determine that weather or sea conditions make the activity unsafe or impossible to operate.
• Rain alone is not considered a valid reason for cancellation.
• Refunds within 24 hours of the tour may only be authorized by Grimar Adventures.
• The itinerary may be modified due to operational or weather conditions without automatically entitling guests to a refund.
• If access to Hidden Beach is not possible, a partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Grimar Adventures.
• If the tour has already started, any refund will be partial and determined according to the portion of the tour and activities completed before the interruption.
  Reservation Management
• Your confirmation email will include a permanent link to manage your reservation.
• We strongly recommend reviewing your booking details as soon as possible to confirm that the date, departure time, email address, and number of guests are correct.
• If you notice any errors in your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
• Guests who fail to verify their booking information and do not arrive at the correct date and time will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
